Privacy notice
Last updated: 3 November 2026
This notice explains how Love my Nails uses personal information when you contact Irina, book an appointment or use this website.
Who we are
Love my Nails is run by Irina Tacu, a self-employed nail technician with a private studio in Stratford, London. She decides how your information is used. Contact: irinatacu22@gmail.com, 07867 798987.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email, when you send the form, a WhatsApp message, an email or call.
- What you tell us about the service you want and any photos of your nails you choose to send.
- Health information you choose to share, such as an allergy to gel products, so your manicure is safe for you. This is only collected with your explicit consent.
- If you allow analytics cookies: how the website is used (see the cookie notice).
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To reply and arrange your appointment: steps you ask for before a booking (legitimate interests and pre-contract steps).
- To check a service is suitable for you: your explicit consent, for health information.
- To improve the website: only with your consent, through Google Analytics.
We don't sell your information and we don't send marketing unless you ask for it.
Who helps us
Messages from the contact form are delivered by email through our website host (Cloudflare) and an email delivery service (Resend). WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Google Analytics is used only if you allow it. These providers process data only to provide their service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a booking are deleted within 12 months. Appointment notes are kept for as long as needed for your aftercare and legal reasons, and then deleted. Online bookings are also held by Fresha under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how it is used or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to irinatacu22@gmail.com. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
